Lelit Bianca V3#
Lelit’s flagship home espresso machine. Dual boiler with an E61 group head and a built-in flow control paddle — covers everything from standard espresso to extended pre-infusion and full pressure profiling. The V3 added Bluetooth via the Lelit Connect app.

Both boilers are independently controlled via dual PID. Temperatures set and monitored via the onboard display or Lelit Connect.
Flow Control#
The front-mounted paddle actuates an internal rotary valve that bypasses the OPV, allowing manual control of water flow into the group at any point during the shot.
